Who We Are

The leader of our team is Michael Pochan, the former CEO and co-Founder of LeaseTek Inc, a vertical application software company with offices in Pittsburgh, London and Sydney. LeaseTek made The Inc 500 list for highest-growth privately-held companies.

The trials, tribulations and successes of that 15 year start-up journey provide the tactics we teach you.

After selling LeaseTek to a British company, Mike was invited to teach "Entrepreneurship" at Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business, the same place he earned his BS in Chemical Engineering and his MBA.

He also participates in the education and coaching of high-performing engineering teams and software development efforts.
